How far ahead can I
pay the congestion charge at Texaco service stations?
- You can pay now at service stations for up to 65
travel days ahead and in denominations of 1 day, 1 week and 1 month
- Annual tickets are not available from service stations
How does the
transaction get processed through the PayPoint terminal at Texaco service
stations?
- Advise the member of staff on duty at the site that
you would like to pay the congestion charge
- Using the PayPoint terminal, the member of staff will
enter the vehicle registration number and validity period of the charge
- The terminal will dial on-line to the host computer to process the
information, taking similar time as a credit / debit transaction
